In its November issue, FHM Magazine quizzed young men about their sex lives -- and the results are rather surprising!
The fact is that us men don't like to talk about sex -- not to each other nor in fact, at all. So, when we set out doing a sex survey, we decided to do a unpretentious, politically incorrect, honest-to-god, no-holes-barred all-male survey.
So you fell asleep while a hot girl went down on you? You imagined an ex while in bed with another girl? So what? Fifty seven percent of India did too -- it's really not a big deal.
As it turns out, 43 percent of Indian men also don't think oral sex counts as cheating; 55 percent had lied to their partners about how many people they'd been with and many thought hooking up with an ex did not count as cheating. Forty nine percent of India had screamed out the wrong girl's name in bed.
And then there is some myth-busting thrown in for good measure as well. A majority of Indian men think threesomes are overrated, bisexuality is a cover for homosexuality and that men can actually fake an orgasm.

1. Do you like to cuddle after sex?
61 percent of India admitted they need love after making love. Compared to 61 percent in Delhi, 78 percent of Mumbai needed a post-coital cuddle; 51 percent of Pune and 46 percent of Kolkata on the other hand believed in jumping out of bed the minute they were done. Thirty six percent of India said it was wham, bam, thank you ma'am.
2. Have you ever imagined an ex while in bed with someone else?
Fifty seven percent of India agreed while only 39 percent were thinking about the girl they were actually in bed with. Eighty seven percent of Mumbai had imagined an ex while in the middle of things; the number was 55 percent in Delhi. Forty two percent in Chandigarh and 39 percent in Pune were hung-up on their ex.
3. Have you ever called a girl by the wrong name in bed?
The country came to a split, with 49 percent saying yes and another 49 percent saying no. Not only was Mumbai imagining their exes while in bed, 79 percent of Mumbai even got the girl's name wrong in bed, compared to 48 percent in Delhi. On the other hand, 80 percent of Kolkata, 53 percent of Bangalore and 65 percent percent of Pune were not kicked out of bed.
4. Do you mind if your girlfriend smokes in bed?
Forty two percent of India said they smoke but wouldn't allow their girlfriends to do the same, whereas 72 percent of Mumbai have feminists on their tails -- they said they would smoke but wouldn't allow their girlfriends to smoke. Only 33 percent of Kolkata and 33 percent Bangalore wouldn't mind their girlfriends lighting up, making an all-India score of 22 percent. A mere 7 percent of India and 14 percent of Chandigarh said they would love to share a cigarette with their partner after sex.
5. Are you more of a boob or bum guy?
Sixty percent of India were 'boob guys', with 82 percent of Mumbai being good-old fashioned boob guys compared to 47 percent of Chandigarh and 46 percent of Delhi; 37 percent of India said they were 'bum guys', with 48 percent in Delhi and 49 percent in Chandigarh.
6. Have you ever had sex with a friend's girlfriend?
A whopping 83 percent in Mumbai had hooked up with a friend's girl (the figure was 59 percent for all India). Sixty four percent of Chandigarh shut the door on friendships the minute the lights went off; only 40 percent of India had not hooked up with a friend's girl; 55 percent of Bangalore, 49 percent of Pune and 39 percent of Delhi swore by the 'bros before hoes' concept.
7. Would oral sex outside a relationship count as cheating?
Fifty four percent of India said yes, with 62 percent of Kolkata, 61 percent of Bangalore and 46 percent of Chandigarh saying indulging in oral sex is not cheating on your partner; 43 percent of India said no, with 90 percent of Mumbai agreeing it would be cheating on your partner.
8. Have you ever had sex on the first date?
Thirty one percent of India said they scored on the first date (Chandigarh seemed to take more initiative than others with 45 percent). Sixty seven percent of India said they weren't so lucky, where Mumbai went as high as 66 percent, Kolkata were the biggest losers at 77 percent and 64 percent of Delhi lost their stroke of luck.
9. Have you ever faked an orgasm?
Fifty three percent of India said yes; 87 percent of Mumbai admitted their orgasms were not honest-to-god, compared to a mere 41 percent in Delhi and 65 percent in Bangalore. Forty six percent of India said no, that they couldn't fake one or didn't need to.
10. Have you ever fallen asleep when a girl has gone down on you?
The national average was 50 percent, with 88 percent of Mumbai catching a wink compared to 52 percent in Delhi; 52 percent of Delhi and 73 percent of Bangalore on the other hand were awake while their girls played with the little colonel.
The findings of the survey, conducted by IMRB International, are based on responses from men between the ages of 18-35 in six cities (Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Chandigarh).
