Ruvaida Salam cracked the civil services examination for the Indian administrative services that has become a craze for Kashmiri youth for the last few years.

A proud father said that he felt very proud that his daughter had made history. Ruvaida Salam hails from the far-flung village Fargeen of Kupwara that is near the line of control.
