Gaurang's line featured kalidaars, kurtas, lehengas dhotis and sherwanis among other silhouettes that were inspired from Afghani history but tailored with Indian fabrics.

The motifs ranged from Garuda, Rudraksh and Hamsa to Morni and Shikari while the embellishments were restricted to Zardosi and badla to add glitter to the garments.

Bringing in variety, there were embroidered cigarette pants, slim kurtas with animal embroidery, a graceful purple maxi, tiered empire line angarkha and a pink asymmetric floor skimming creation.

The four menwear entries were restrained with dhotis, kurta with embroidered sleeves, angarkha and sherwani, all draped with ornate dupattas.

The best was, of course, left was the last… for Taapsee Pannu who looked b-e-a-utiful in an orange/yellow sari with lush border. Don't you agree?
