According to Kancan Rai, emotional and well being coach, it is normal for young couples to feel stressed after the wedding is over.
Whether it is an arranged or love marriage, adjusting to the demands of the new relationship can be both challenging and overwhelming.

While everyone around you will try to put their best foot forward to make a relationship work, there will also be expectations, disagreements and disappointments.
So what can young men and women do in order to make the transition smooth for each other?
"Try to understand your partner and family more," says Rai, founder, Let Us Talk.
While you may be busy with new people and relatives, it is also important to "spend time with your partner to share your feelings and communicate with him/her how you feel."
For many of us, post-wedding anxiety may seem like a big word. But according to Rai, it helps if you are emotionally and mentally aware of what is happening to you.
"Understand the triggers and discuss them with your partner. Try to practise mindfulness. Pamper yourself in terms of eating good, staying healthy," suggests Rai.
Sharing some more tips for young couples, Rai highlights how you can cope with post wedding anxiety and stress.'
