What: Kingfisher Airlines has launched its operations with twice daily service on the Mumbai-Bangalore sector.
The airline will increase its service to thrice a day from May 20.
Flights on the Delhi Bangalore sector are scheduled to commence from June 6.
Kingfisher Airlines is the first private Indian airline to commence operations with a brand new aircraft, the Airbus A 320-200.
The aircraft has a single class of travel -- Kingfisher Class -- with a total of 174 seats and offers a personal video screen at every seat with 10 audio and five video channels.
All Kingfisher flights will depart from the Indian Airlines Terminal 1-A.
In keeping with the trend of multiple price options, with an unrestricted fare rule aimed at different traffic segments on all carriers, Kingfisher Airlines will operate under three fare levels on all flights.

Delhi-Bangalore

Level 3: Rs 10,900

IT 101 departs Mumbai at 0605 hours. Reaches Bangalore at 0735 hours.
IT 102 departs Bangalore at 0825 hours. Reaches Mumbai at 0955 hours.
IT 105 departs Mumbai at 1820 hours. Reaches Bangalore at 1950 hours.
IT 106 departs Bangalore at 2040 hours. Reaches Mumbai at 2210 hours.
Additional service from May 20
IT 103 will depart Mumbai at 1045 hours and reach Bangalore at 1215 hours.
IT 104 will depart Bangalore at 1600 hours and reach Mumbai at 1730 hours.
Delhi-Bangalore-Delhi effective June 6, 2005
IT201 will depart Delhi at 0545 hours and reach Bangalore at 0815 hours.
