As a Software Application Lead (SAL01)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have more than five years of experience in C/C++.
~ You must have at least three years of experience in C++.
~ You must have hands-on knowledge of Win32, MFC Internals and message routing.
~ You must have experience in designing custom controls (ActiveX or otherwise).
~ You must have knowledge of at least one: ATL/ COM/ WTL.
As a Senior MacOS Application Developer (SMD06)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have over four years of experience in C/C++ and Carbon.
~ Experience in Cocoa and Applescript-enabling applications will be a plus.
As an Application Support Engineer Solomon (ASE01)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have over three years of practical coding experience.
~ You must have strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures and database triggers.
~ Hands-on experience in Visual Basic 6 will be a plus.
~ Experience with SQL Server 2000, ASP, ASP.NET or C+ will be a plus.
~ You must have some exposure to financial application systems/ ERPs.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA01)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have experience in Software Testing, with at least a year of Desktop Application testing experience.
~ You must have an understanding of standard test methodologies (Unit, Integration, System and White/Black box testing).
~ You must have a keen eye for detail.
~ You must have experience working with various operating systems (MacOS, Linux, etc).
~ You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
As an Applications Development Manager (ADM07)

~ You must hold a BE/ B Tech/ M Tech with additional management training.
~ You must have over ten years of IT experience with over three years in a management role.
~ You must have excellent understanding of the software development life cycle.
~ You must have a solid foundation for software architecture and best practices.
~You must have successful delivery of a desktop application (preferably shrink-wrapped).
~ You must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
~ You must have proven project and people management skills.
As a Graphic Illustrator (GI01)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must hold a BFA.
~ You must have expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator/Corel Draw.
~ You must have six to eight years of experience.
~ You must have good visualisation and illustration skills.
~ Experience in 3ds max and After Effects is a plus.
~ You must have experience in Advertising (Design Layout Artists).
~ You must have good communication skills.
~ You must be flexible, a self-starter with strong initiative.
~ You must be able to work in a team environment and mentor junior staff members.
As a 2D/3D Broadcast Animator (BA02)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have experience designing graphics for television networks.
~ You must have expert knowledge of After Effects, 3ds max and Photoshop.
~ You must have over two years of experience.
As a Graphic Designer for Print Layout (GD03)
Digital Juice says:
~ You must have over four years of experience in print layout design (catalogues, magazines, packaging, advertising).
~ You must have expert knowledge of QuarkXpress (style sheets, templates, type specs, grids, etc), and Photoshop (layers, blending modes, colour correction).
~ You must have excellent design, typography and layout skills.
~ You must be highly proficient with Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw.
~ You must have experience using Adobe Acrobat for print production.
~ You must have a solid understanding of the print production process (pre-press, on-press).
~ You must have a keen eye for detail and experience taking a project from concept to completion.
