Do you qualify?

~ You must have completed your Class XII.

~ You could also be in your final year.

~ You must be at least 18 years old.

~ You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

~ You must have the ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.

~ You must have good negotiating skills.

~ You must have excellent interpersonal skills.

~ You must have a strong orientation towards customer service.

~ You must have good keyboard skills.

~ You must be ready to work in shifts.

Job profile

HDPI says:

~ You must acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.

~ You must efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.

~ You must electronically process data and respond to customer queries pertaining to banking transactions from HSBC offices across the globe.
