What: Epicenter is looking for Customer Relationship Associates and Senior Customer Relationship Associates.

The positions are based in Mumbai.

Do you qualify?

Epicenter says:

~ You could be a graduate.

~ You could be an undergraduate.

~ You must be at least 20 years old.

~ You must be fluent in English.

~ You must be computer literate.

~ You must preferably have experience in the service industry.

~ You must be willing to work at night.

~ To apply for the post of Senior Customer Relationship Associate, you must have at least one-and-a-half years of experience in the call centre industry.
