It's 3 am and you're still lying wide-eyed in bed.

It's been a long day that you've barely managed to stumble through, waiting for night to come so you could turn in early and catch up on your sleep. But although you've been trying to doze off since 10 pm, you're still tossing and turning into the wee hours.

Does this happen to you often? Wouldn't be suprising if it does -- one in three Indians has trouble sleeping. And that could mean insomnia or any other sleep disorder.

With life as fast-paced as it is, we're all trying to pack in as much as we possibly can into each day and that means the rest our bodies need every night is severely compromised. Hardly anyone makes sure to get the required eight hours anymore, but lack of sleep comes at a price -- lack of concentration at work, health complications like heart disease, exhaustion, dark circles...

Do you suffer from insomnia? Are you having trouble falling asleep often? How do you cope with it?

Are you ignoring the problem, hoping it will go away, or have you discovered a way to bring on the Z's? It could be anything -- warm milk before bedtime, soothing music, a TV show -- just tell us what works for you.

Who knows, you may just help someone else beat their insomniac blues. Post your suggestions, opinions and experiences on the message board below.
