Pooja Hedge doesn't like to settle for just one workout. 

She does different kinds of workout including yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, gymnastics and aerial yoga.

A fitness inspiration for her 5 million Instagram followers, she regularly shares her workout pics on the social-media, photo-sharing app.

'You need to take care of your body till you're 40. After that, your body will take care of itself,' is the fitness tip that she shared with Vogue
