#2. The modern jumpsuit

It's a dress! No, it's a jumpsuit with a flowing train.
Looks like gowns are soon going to be passe.
Actor Pooja Hegde makes a stunning entry in a golden jumpsuit with a gorgeous cape. Brides, are you listening?

#3. Jumpsuits with thigh-high slits

LFW

This is what one gets when they combine jumpsuits with thigh-high slits? Quite daring, isn't it?

#4. Frills will never go out of style

LFW

Nor will denim jackets. We are totally crushing over these cool drool-worthy separates.

#5. Net booties are cool :)

LFW

Hate wearing socks with knee-length skirts? Then net booties are not such a bad idea.

#6. Say hi to 'bishop sleeves'

LFW

Looks like the Indian fashion industry is really in the mood to experiment.
Exaggerated sleeves were the flavour of last season and now designers are giving a huge nod to classic Victorian-style sleeves.

#7. Care for a criss-cross choli?

LFW

The perfect solution for someone going traditional yet wanting to show some skin.

#8. Sheer capris are not so bad :)

LFW

Capris are back and no one wants to stick to the old boring ones :)

#9. Harem pants are back :)

LFW

Harem pants made a comeback on the ramp this season.

#10. Asymmetrical anarkalis are in vogue

LFW

The old good anarkali is back with a twist -- the perfect excuse for someone wanting to hide those love handles :)

#11. Ditch petticoats, make way for tights instead

LFW

Need we say more?

#12. Sheer and Benarasi weaves look effortless together

LFW

Just because you're wearing a Benarasi lehenga doesn't mean that you got to opt for similar fabric! Throw in some sheer and you have a winning combination there.
