Black is boring. Try blue!

When Kangana Ranaut walked the ramp for Pankaj and Nidhi at the Lakme Fashion Week, we couldn't help noticing her make-up.
The actor worked a cobalt blue winged eye-liner to match her blue embroidered gown.
With her hair parted and slicked back into a low pony, Kangana oozed glam in her showstopping avtar.
The blue eye colour had worked its magic.

More recently, Malaika Arora posted a photograph of her flaunting her blue eye makeup highlighted by a black winged look courtesy Meghna Butani.
