Titled 'The Form Issue Starring Disha Patani', the cover has been photographed by international photographer Nick Saglimbeni.
With the first few buttons of her Marks & Spencer shirt dress unbuttoned, the actor has dared to flaunt her inner-wear on the cover.
Styled by fashion stylist Sukriti Grover, the actor packs a sexy punch on this cover -- her nude make up and edgy jewellery add a hint of drama to the look.
