What: The Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship, 2005-06, offered by the Human Resource Development Ministry, at St Anthony's College, Oxford.
Worth £ 24,536, the Fellowship lasts for a year and may be extended based on the candidate's performance. Candidates are also entitled to economy class to-and-fro airfare.
Are you eligible?
-You must be a post-doctorate who has specialised in Modern Indian Studies in History, Economics, Political Science.
-You must be between 30 and 40 years old.
-You must have published works which have received outstanding recognition.
-You must have a minimum of three years' teaching experience at the graduate or postgraduate level.
-You must have stayed in India during the last three years and submitted a programme of study/research (minimum 300 words), justifying that your study/research can be carried out in the UK.
