Pradeep Lodha is all for diversity in food.
He says: "Breakfast is best in the south-- idli, vada.
"Lunch is best in Punjab/Rajasthan -- tandoori items and dal baati.
"Evening snacks are best from Maharashtra/Gujarat -- vada pav, sev pav, dhokla etc.
"Dinner is best in Madhya Pradesh -- roti-sabzi, rice."

- Anand Bhavan at King's Circle
- Mahesh Lunch Home in Fort for non-veg.
These places are eternally full which speaks volumes for them, he says.
