Cocktail recipes: How to make a Dirty Martini

Classic Martini

Ingredients:

• 15 ml dry vermouth
• 45 ml gin

Method:

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well.
• Strain in a chilled martini cocktail glass and garnish with olive. It can be served straight or on the rocks. 

Dirty Martini

Ingredients:

• 15 ml dry vermouth
• 45 ml vodka
• 30 ml olive brine

Method:

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes and shake well.
• Strain in a chilled martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink or garnish with olive.
