What is it about?
The Doon School, Dehradun along with King's College London is inviting applications from class 10, 11 and 12 students to register for a 13-day fully residential academic programme at The Doon School, Dehradun.
The programme allows participants to learn and study subjects at first year undergraduate level with a strong emphasis on how you should approach the much needed critical thinking, reading and writing skills, all taught by experienced tutors from King's based at The Doon School, Dehradun.
The following courses will be taught at the programme:
• History and International Relations
• English Literature
• Into Space: Exploring space through science
• Geographical Explorations: Global Cities, Global Economy
Classes will be held between Monday and Friday with an additional study skills session on Saturday and Sunday for the study skills and English as a second language.
The daily programme will run between 9.30 am and 5 pm.
Students will also engage in self-guided study in the evenings.
The course is fully residential and the fee is Rs 1.1 lakh.
Who can apply
The programme is open to self-motivated, high-achieving male and female students who are enrolled in classes 10, 11 and 12.
