About Sabitha Rao

Sabitha Rao, Director Cerebrus Consultants and Head - Southern Operations is a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).

In her career spanning over three decades, she has worked on all areas of HR from strategy to implementation.

She has handled a diverse client base ranging from family managed organisations, multinationals and international aid organisations like World Bank.

She regularly executes HR assignments in India and Sri Lanka and has also done work in other geographies such as South Africa, Laos and Ghana.

Rao is an authority in the areas of Compensation and Benefits and Organisation Restructuring. Her areas of expertise also include Performance Management, Change Management and Strategic HR.
