However, our eyes at MotorBeam are keen on some highly awaited launches that will be redefining products for their respective manufacturers.

The newest offering from TVS has been long in the offing and could finally break cover at the 2016 Auto Expo.

The model will be pushing the envelope for the automaker in the affordable performance space and it is believed that the performance levels will be in the vicinity of the KTM Duke 200.

BMW G310R

The first product to be developed under the TVS-BMW collaboration, the G310R will have our eyes glued to the model that promises German engineering and Indian manufacturing with power coming from a new 313cc single-cylinder engine churning out 34 BHP.

Hero HX250R

Expected to be Hero's newest flagship, the HX250R paid the price for EBR's bankruptcy pushing the production model's launch date into uncertainty. Nevertheless, the product is still in the pipeline and the production-spec version could be showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo.

US based UM Motorcycles will be finally making its India debut at the 2016 Auto Expo with three models scheduled for launch this year.

Starting its operations in a joint venture with the Lohia Group, prices are expected to be around Rs 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom) with the bikes being locally manufactured at the new Kashipur facility.

Benelli plans to captivate the quarter-litre full fairing lovers with its new Tornado 302 that will be making its Indian debut at the Auto Expo. Based on the TNT 300, power will come from the same 300cc twin-cylinder motor tuned for 38 BHP and 26.5 Nm of torque.
