Restaurateur Arnab Bose is living his dream.

"Food is my passion," he tells Rediff.com, "and that's why three years back I thought of opening my dream project -- Shaollin Temple."

Shaollin Temple is a fine dine Chinese and Thai restaurant in Navi Mumbai that has had a successful run since its opening.

But living his dream also makes Bose aware about those who are unable to, which is what has prompted him to celebrate this Republic Day in a different manner.

"We thought of organising a fine-dine meal for the children who are not as fortunate as we are," Bose says.

His restaurant will host 65 children from the Father Agnel Ashram, an orphanage, and the Lead Foundation, an NGO that works with underprivileged children.

"The entire restaurant staff is excited about this initiative," says Bose, whose idea has also prompted some local citizens to volunteer their time to make the experience special for the children.
