Exam time

The burden of exams, especially in our country, brings with it unending tuitions and prolonged stress accompanied by high-calorie snacking. To make matters worse, exercise and sports come to a grinding halt. Stress eating and parental indulgence too add up, leading to the piling up of calories.

Consequently, this has been found to be a time when most students end up putting on extra kilos -- anything from 2 to 15 kg -- in a span of few months.
