Smokers hate being told what to do... where to smoke, when to smoke, how often to smoke. But, the majority of them also hate the fact that they smoke!

Most of them have tried to quit smoking at least once be it because of pressure from family, friends, society and the government or simply because they wanted to quit the habit for their own good.

Studies reveal that most of the smokers do not succeed in quitting the habit. They get back to smoking because of various withdrawal symptoms.

If you are fed up with smoking and all the grief that goes with it, but still find it difficult to stop, join us for chat with Suresh Shottam between 2 pm to 3 pm on Friday, June 12.
