A resistance tube helps you do unconventional exercises. Here we are using it to work the smaller muscle groups and for that you will need to buy a Reebok resistance tube, Level II.
Be careful to always slowly release the tube using muscle control. A sudden release can cause injury. Before the tube releases completely, start the next rep. Some tension in the tube helps to work the muscle better and prevents injury.
Shoulder Shrugs
Work the neck and top of the shoulder.
Stand with your feet on the center of the tube, feet hip distance apart. Hold the handles in both hands. Keeping your arms straight but not locked, lift your shoulders up to the ears, squeezing the neck and shoulders. Slowly lower using control. Avoid dropping the shoulders down suddenly.
Complete the move in 4 seconds. Do 16 reps, rest and repeat.
