They appear to happen every other month -- a new Fashion Week at a major Indian city. Days filled with great doses of hype, glamour, glitz and celeb-spotting.
Apart from all the talk of it being good for business, do these events really make sense? Are the clothes flaunted on these catwalks of use to the common man or woman? Would you go out and buy the 'accessory of the month'?
