Get an aptitude test done. This will provide an accurate picture in terms of your interest and aptitude.

Srividya answers, Hi Nilay, You could pursue a programme in BMS ie Bachelor's in Management Studies. You need to give an entrance axam after Class XII in any stream.

jacob asked, i may get 65% and i want to become a doctor, please suggest.

Srividya answers, For Class XII you require physics, chemistry and biology and you must give the state entrance exam for admission into MBBS.

Srividya answers, Accept failure and work out a plan of action to fare better next time.

RKT asked, hello When will CBSE results for CLASS 12th will be declared

Srividya answers, Hi there, the board has not yet announced when they will declare the results.

Sush asked, hey i am a class 10 student and i am getting very tensed about my results

Srividya answers, Hi Sush, if you put in hard work you will get a positive result. A little be of tension is expected. Stay calm and composed and all the best.

RKT asked, I am a student of non-med.(12th). I know i haven't done my CBSE exams well. can pass with passing %age or comptt. or fail(God forbid). If I get a fail, then how can i cope up with huge disappointment, to start all over again, embarrassment in facing facing Parents and society. pls reply before time runs out

Srividya answers, Hi RKT, do not be so negative. Wait for your results first. Jot down your areas of interest and meet with a career counsellor to understand the various options that match with your interest and aptitude. Last but not the least, many successful people fail initially, but have learnt from their failures. So, be sporting.

Srividya answers, You can opt for management courses, computers, finance and accounts or a career in mass media, depending on your interest and aptitude.

Raghu asked, I am interested in doing chemical engg. Which are the best universities/colleges in India and what are the job opportunities? Raghu

Srividya answers, Hi, the best colleges are the IITs, BITS-Pilani, VJTI, etc.

sss asked, I have finished class-XII .. Want to pursue a study which will lead me to a Pilot .. Can U advise regarding this like which college, how much marks requried etc

Srividya answers, In your Class XII you require Physics, Chemistry, Maths. You need to register with a flying club for your training. You can even pursue a BSc in aviation offered by the Indian Aviation Academy, Mumbai.

nidhi asked, i passed out X ICSE WITH 68 % I WANT TO OPT FOR SCIENCE . WHAT ARE FUTURE AVENUES ?

Srividya answers, You could opt for medicine, engineering, IT, biotechnology, microbiology, etc.

MIHIR asked, Myself mihir appeared in CBSE 12th commerce. After passing the same what should I choose ? Commerce Line or Management Line. What are the benefits I could avail with Management Line

Srividya answers, Pursue an undergraduate programme in management makes you stronger in terms of understanding the concepts of management, which helps you to pursue a professional programme post your graduation.

ajit asked, hello everyone i ahave give engr entrance this year i have got 363 at bits pilani and am expecting 230+at iit jee can anyone help me actually i hear from people that elecatronics is a better branch i dont know whether it suits my aptitude or not i think may be mechnical does so more becuse i have good hold over phyiscs am i right how should i decide wut subject to opt for in these colleges am really confused one more thing i do have plans of pg no on campus placements i want to first finsh my pg pl advice

Srividya answers, These include National Law School, Bangalore, Government Law College and Ruparel College, Mumbai. You need Class XII from any background. For NLS you need to give an all-India entrance test and the latter two, based on merit.

shruti asked, well...i am in tenth.well i am expecting the ssc results to be out and they should be good..but will u tell me what r the scopes for commerce in future?any website u can recommend plzz

Srividya answers, Hey, commerce has various options. You can pursue BMS, B Com with finance and accounts, B Com with banking and insurance or post-graduation you can pursue an MBA.

sathish asked, Hi Vidya, I'm planning to study Bsc Visual Communication. How good is the course? Does it have good future scope? I also have Bsc computer science in mind. Which one is better?

Srividya answers, Visual communication is more about design wear, as computer science deals with software/ hardware. Both the fields have good scope.

Srividya answers, You could pursue it at ICFAI University which offers a course in investment banking. You could also do an MBA with specialisation in finance.

muddassar asked, hey i m in standard 12th completed recently i m interested to make a career in fashion how should i proceed, should i go to france to make up fashion career

Srividya answers, There are reputed institutes like NIFT and NID offering UG courses in fashion design. They give you a good amount of exposure to the field.

ahmed asked, i finished my civil engineering and want to abt how and where i can apply for masters in structural engineering. i am hopeful of getting 70% in my xams

Srividya answers, You could look out for options abroad. Meet up with an overseas education counsellor who can help you shortlist universities.

anirudh asked, after class XII i am trying for architecture course. so do u think that being an architect will give me a good career option?

Srividya answers, If you have the 3-dimensional skill and Mathematical ability, you can look out for a career in architecture. The best colleges are JJ School of Arts, Raheja ( Mumbai), School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.
