Zinidine Zidane, one of the finest football players alive, stunned the world last Sunday when he head-butted Italy's [Images] Marco Materazzi in the World Cup final.

The Italian player apparently insulted the Frenchman's mother and sister.

This was, of course, not the first time Zidane had reacted in anger. In 1998, he stamped on Saudi Arabia's Faoud Amin in a 1998 World Cup game and was suspended for one match. Two years later, in 2000, he head-butted Hamburg's Jochen Kentz in a Juventus-Hamburg Champions League game.

While the world discusses Zidane's rage, can any of us deny battling with anger?

Anger is something most of us grapple with every day.

Some of us get angry at the slightest provocation. Others keep their cool on the surface, but rage within themselves.

Some get angry quickly and cool down equally quickly. Others take a long time to get angry, but when they get angry, don't they just blow up!

So dear reader, tell us what provokes you to anger, and how you deal with it.

Do you channelise your energy elsewhere when you feel angry? Do you bottle up your anger? Or do you just ignore what provokes you to anger? Tell us.
