Programme list
 
i. Post Graduate Diploma in Textile Management 

This is a two-year full time programme.

ii. Post Graduate Diploma in Apparel Management 

This is a one-year full time programme.

iii. Post Diploma in Home Textile Management 

This is a one-year full time programme.

Are you eligible?

~ You must have any one of the following:

• A degree in Textile Technology/ Engineering/ other Engineering disciplines or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in textile-related subject offered by the university or recognised institutions
• Three-year degree in any discipline with two years of work experience in the field of textiles
• A diploma in Textile Technology/ Engineering or its equivalent

Selection method

~ You will be selected on the basis of your score in the Management Aptitude Test conducted by AIMA or the written test conducted by the institute.

~ You will then have to appear for a group discussion and interview.

~ For PGDAM and PDHTM, you will be selected on the basis of written test/ group discussion/interview conducted by the institute. 

Important date

~ Your application must reach by May 31.

~ Collect the application form in person by paying Rs 500.

~ You may also request the institute to post it by sending a demand draft of Rs 550 in favour of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Textile Management, payable at Coimbatore.

~ You can also download the application from the Web site and send a demand draft of Rs 500 along with the filled-in application.
