For Customer Care Officers

~ You could be a graduate. 

~ You could be a diploma holder.

~ You must have a basic knowledge of computers.

~ You must possess the drive to excel.

~ You must be able to handle customers with care.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Technical Support Officers

~ You will provide the first level of technical support to customers.

~ You could be a graduate.

~ You could be a diploma holder.

~ Candidates with a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute will be preferred.

~ You must have basic knowledge of Internet navigation, peripherals, hardware, home networking, personal computing environment and Microsoft Office.

~ You must have an aptitude for trouble-shooting.

~ You must be able to handle customers with care.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
