~ You must be a graduate.

~ Work experience would be a plus.

~ You could also be an undergraduate with two years of full-time experience.

~ You must have excellent command over the English language.

~ You must have outstanding verbal skills.

~ You must be willing to work in night shifts.

~ For Collections, you must have at least six months of work experience in international collections/ sales.
