For Technical Support Associates

~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate with a technical bent of mind.

~ You must hold an MCSE/ MCP/ MCSD/ GNIIT.

~ You will be responsible for taking calls from overseas clients and assisting them in high end technical troubleshooting.

~ You must be between 18 and 35 years old.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Customer Care Associates

~ You must be a graduate/ undergraduate in any discipline.

~ You will be responsible for answering all inbound queries as well as taking up outbound sales campaigns.

~ You must be between 18 and 35 years old.

~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
