Part I: How tough is it to get a US student visa?

sumit d: My UK student visa was rejected last April. What do I do?

Karan Gupta: Even if your visa has been rejected, you can try again. There is no restriction on the number of times you can apply for a student visa.

akki: Is $20,000 the total cost of study at Texas A&M or just college fees?
Karan Gupta: $20,000 would be the tuition and living expenses at TAMU. Other colleges may be more expensive.

ajay: How good is SP Jain, Dubai?
Karan Gupta: It is a good school. The courses are of international standards. But getting a job in Dubai after you graduate is very difficult. And most SP Jain students come back to India after studying there.

Vishwas: Which country should I choose to study and earn at the same time?

Karan Gupta: In the UK, you are allowed to work for 20 hours per week off campus. In the US, you are allowed to work on campus for 20 hours. Therefore, the UK may be a better option for you.

ritesh jaiswal: I hold a first class B Sc (IT) degree, with 82%. What is my future abroad according to your experience?

Karan Gupta: Since your B Sc is a three-year degree, your best option is to apply to the UK for a Master's degree.

If you want to apply only to the US, you should pursue your M Sc in India and complete 16 years of education.
