Ranna GillRanna at Lakme India Fashion Week 2005: I have called it the Gypsy [Images] collection.

You will see a lot of skirts: long-tiered, crushed, crinkled, printed -- all kinds.

I have also used a lot of tie-and-dye prints.

The emphasis is on wearability with a lot of glamour and style. I have been tongue-in-cheek, but there will also be a lot of romance and beauty in my clothes.

The colours you will see: Crepe colours, antique whites, lilac, lavender, emerald.

Ranna's fashion forecast: Wear skirts, skirts and more skirts. By Ranna Gill [Images]!

Last year, I used caftans in my collection. Look what a rage they became! You can be sure you won't go wrong with skirts this year!

Five things every woman should own:

~ A skirt.

~ Caftans. They are still very hot.

~ All kinds of jeans. They are still in.

~ A basic black or white shirt.

~ A nice jacket.

And you're set!

You will pay: Ranna's clothes are available for: $40 (Rs 1,800 approximately) to $195 (Rs 8,600).
