eamLease Services Pvt Ltd, the largest structured player in the human resources outsourcing industry, aims to set up four more offices soon.

TeamLease has 12 offices across the country already.

It has over 14,000 associates (skilled persons who can be sent to various clients for jobs), and the company plans to raise this number to over 45,000 by 2007.

"In the next three or four years, human resources outsourcing will have a very large market space in the country. While MNCs are already conversant with the idea of hiring skilled professionals temporarily for a specified period, their Indian counterparts are quickly adopting the concept," said Deep Mukherjee, assistant vice president, TeamLease Services.

Formed in 2001, TeamLease will continue to expand and look at newer business opportunities for growth. "We are especially looking to provide human resources to industries located in special economic zones, where labour norms are far more flexible. TeamLease has been dealing only with skilled personnel, with the average salary ranging between Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 [per month]," said Mukherjee.
