Lijo Jose Pellissery (Chalakudy)
Pally, as his friends call Lijo Jose, has completed his MBA from IIPM, Bangalore. When he was young, his grandfather took him to the projection room in a cinema house where he stood on a stool and watched ‘Sholay’. It came as a shock that there were no actors behind the screen, but the seeds of a love for films were sown.
With Padmarajan and Akira Kurasawa as his idols, Pally has set high standards for himself. This finalist of the PIX Short Film Festival, 2007 enjoys being with likeminded people who share the same thirst for excellent cinema.
