Om Jai Jagadish is about a closeknit family of three brothers Om (Anil Kapoor), Jai (Fardeen Khan), Jagadish (Abhishek Bachchan) and their mother, Saraswati (Waheeda Rehman).

Om (Anil Kapoor) has a discerning eye for talent and is responsible for nurturing many singing sensations.

Jai (Fardeen Khan) is possessed with the idea of creating a futuristic fast car that will change the face of the automobile sector.

Jagadish (Abhishek Bachchan) is a vibrant collegegoer who loves to dabble with the keyboard and is perennially glued to his PC.

Misunderstandings among the siblings lead to a family feud. The trio resolves to part ways much to the dismay of their shattered mother. The graceful Ayesha (Mahima), self-centred Neetu (Urmila Matondkar) and vivacious Puja (Tara Sharma) play Om, Jai and Jagadish's romantic interests respectively.

Will the three able to solve their differences and start afresh?
