Mujhse Dosti Karoge explores friendship that transcends into love for its three lead protagonists --Raj (Hrithik Roshan), Pooja (Rani Mukherji) and Tina (Kareena Kapoor).

Smart and suave, Raj is every girl's dream come true. Only two women hold special place in his heart -- Tina and Pooja. Pooja is strong and silent; Tina is vivacious. The trio has been the best of friends since childhood.

Raj has always loved Tina. He sends her e-mails after she moves to another neighbourhood, only to receive no response. When Pooja learns about this, she begins e-mailing Raj, masquerading as Tina.

Sixteen years later, the trio gets together in London. Raj's prayers are answered and Tina reciprocates his feelings. Little does he know that it was Pooja and not Tina who was e-mailing him all along.

Tina loves Raj. Raj loves Tina. It gets complicated as Pooja too nurses strong emotions for Raj.

Who gets Raj? Pooja or Tina?
