Sunny's next -- Gandhi

Sunny Deol Sunny Deol's career is going great. With Maa Tujjhe Salaam follwing in the footstpes of his earlier blockbusters, Gadar and Indian, Deol is sitting pretty.

Sunny Deol has also recently launched three more films under his home banner -- Shaheed will star younger brother Bobby and Socha Na Tha will introduce his cousin Abhay Deol. The third film is titled Gandhi and is a revolutionary drama starring Sunny himself. But the film will not be based on the life of Gandhiji.

Bipasha to play AB's daughter

Dino and Bipasha in Raaz Bipasha Basu has apparently be approached for another film with director Vikram Bhatt, after working with him in Raaz.

Word has it that Amitabh Bachchan has been cast in the film too as Basu's onscreen father. That's another great new role for Bipasha Basu, who is really making an impression in tinseltown.

Anand Raj Anand apologises

Music director Anand Raj Anand apologised for his shocking outburst at a the press conference of the forthcoming film Yeh Mohabbat Hai.

We hear that the media had ignored the music director and he had grabbed the microphone and shocked everyone present by calling all the membersof the fourth estate childish!

He has since sent out a message of apology to everyone present, stating how much he regretted his words.

Film poster exhibition in Mumbai

Vintage Bollywood poster art from the Wadia Movietone archives will be displayed at the Hermitage Art Center in Mumbai from January 31 to February 9, 2002.

This exhibition is part of the birth centenary celebrations of pioneer filmmaker J B H Wadia organised by the Wadia Movietone Archives in association with the Hermitage Art Gallery.

Spanning over 40 years of poster art history, the exhibition displays posters, lobby cards, publicity booklet covers and other memorabilia selected from a single film studio.
