Nicolas Cage sued over directorial debut

A longtime TV writer is facing off with actor Nicolas Cage and several production companies over Cage's directorial debut, Sonny, the story of a male hustler who joins the Army to get out of the gigolo lifestyle but can't seem to leave the business.

Variety reports that Robert Dellinger, 72, who has written for 21 Jump Street, Kojak, and Starsky and Hutch, is suing Cage and five production companies for copyright infringement, alleging that he's not getting the credit he should be getting. Read more...
