Raising a banner of revolt against Lalu Prasad Yadav [Images], his brother-in-law Sadhu Yadav on Tuesday accused the Rashtriya Janata Dal chief of 'kneeling down' before Lok Janshakti Party president Ram Vilas Paswan and announced that he will contest from two seats in Bihar, which have been given to the LJP.

"I am a sitting Member of Parliament and have been winning elections. Prakash Jha was nothing but has been given a ticket from Betiah seat even after he lost in the last election. This shows that Lalu Prasad has knelt down before Ram Vilas Paswan," Yadav said.

Yadav, who is an MP from Gopalganj constituency, is unlikely to get the party ticket this time as his constituency Gopalganj has now become a reserved seat after delimitation. Prakash Jha of LJP has been given a ticket for Betiah seat following a seat sharing agreement between the RJD and the LJP.

Sadhu Yadav said he will contest the election from Betiah as well as Motihari. "Lalu Prasad Yadav has failed to ensure social justice by giving ticket to Prakash Jha from Betiah seat and forging an alliance with the LJP," Sadhu Yadav said.

RJD and LJP today entered into a seat sharing deal under which Lalu Prasad's party will contest 25 seats and Paswan's LJP will contest in 12 constituencies, leaving the remaining three seats to Congress party. In the 2004 elections, RJD had contested 26 seats out of a total of 40 in Bihar while LJP had put up candidates in eight constituencies.
