Poll pundits, get ready with your calculations. Just predict correctly the number of seats to be won by the winning party in the Lok Sabha polls and win a new Ambassador 'Grand'.

That is what Kolkata-based automobile major Hindustan Motors promises.

The Ambassador Grand Contest, which kicks off on Thursday and continues till May 12, invites participants to predict the number of seats expected to be won by the victorious party. You can SMS your answer to 6388.

One lucky winner, whose prediction comes closest to the actual number of seats won by the winning party, would get the vehicle in a colour of his choice, a company release said in Kolkata on Thursday.

"This is the first time when a contest on elections is being organised on such a large scale. Election are of immense interest to everyone in this country. We are utilising this opportunity to reach out to our target audience," company General Manager (corporate communications) Soni Shrivastav said.

The contest would be promoted on NDTV starting Thursday till May 12, a day before the counting begins.
