PM's election campaign programme
in Gujarat revised to December 7, 9

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's election campaign programme in Gujarat has been revised. He will now tour the state on December 7 and 9 to address meetings in Jamnagar, Vadodra, Ahmedabad and Surat.

Earlier, the prime minister was scheduled to visit Gujarat on December 5 and 7.

The prime minister finalised his election tour and reviewed the party's electoral prospects in the state at a meeting with party general secretaries Arun Jaitley and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Monday in New Delhi.

The three also discussed the Congress and BJP manifestos, which were recently released, sources said.
