Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is reportedly of the opinion that it is only a matter of time before the English audience sees batsman Virat Kohli put in a match-winning show.
Dhoni said that he feels that Kohli is batting well and is in good nick. But he added that sometimes one just gets out to good deliveries.

Dhoni said that Kohli might not have converted his starts into big innings but it is just a matter of time, The Daily Express reported.
The skipper said that given the kind of talent the batsman is they know it's just around the corner and added that Kohli would come strong.

Kohli has reportedly been an undoubted star in shorter formats of the game and has given South Africa, Australia and New Zealand real problems overseas in Tests.
Yet against England at home in 2012-13 and again in this series the batsman has under-performed markedly.
In three matches and six innings Kohli has posted just 101 runs with a high score of 39 and with an average of less than 17.

Dhoni said that this is just a phase that would improve Kohli as a cricketer because if one only goes through a phase of doing well only or only doing badly then it doesn't improve the player.
The wicketkeeper batsman added that it is improves one as a cricketer and it is a constant process.
