Out of favour India cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan have returned from an intense six-week long overseas training camp to get their form and fitness back in order to regain their spots in the national squad.
The duo, who were part of India's successful 2011 World Cup campaign, underwent training at Brive La Gaillarde, France to get back into shape. The focus of the training was
on building strength and endurance levels.

They were being coached by a well-known high performance physical trainer, Tim Exeter, who has worked with the likes of Manchester United star Ryan Giggs and other top rugby players.
"Finally 6 weeks of hardcore training has come to an end! I hope in time it's done a world of good to us!," Yuvraj wrote on Twitter on Friday.

With Indian selectors backing a young squad for the next World Cup in 2015, both Yuvraj and Zaheer will have to regain their form soon to stake a claim for a place in the Indian ODI team.
For the duo, a lot would depend on the coming season as the current Indian team looks a compact unit given their recent successful campaigns in England and the West Indies.
Both Zaheer and Yuvraj were dropped from the national team due to combination of indifferent form and fitness. Their listless performance in this year's Indian Premier League also didn't do them much favour either.
