The Indian team is on a roll. The Men in Blue stormed into the semi-finals of the World Twenty20 with four easy victories, against Pakistan, West Indies, Bangladesh and Australia.
The champions of the inaugural World T20 in 2007 will be looking to continue their recent good run when they take on South Africa in the second semi-final, on Friday.
India's spin twins -- Ravichandran Ashwin and Amit Mishra -- have made most of bowling in favourable conditions, claiming seven and nine wickets respectively with good support from Ravindra Jadeja.
Pacer Mohammed Shami, who was rested against Australia, is expected to be back in place of Mohit Sharma.
India's only problem area in the tournament is the form of opener Shikhar Dhawan, who scored just 31 runs in three matches, before making way for Ajinkya Rahane in the last Super 10's match against Australia.
It will be interesting to see if India bring back regular opener Dhawan for the crucial last four match or persist with Rahane, who failed to make most of the opportunity and was dismissed for 16.
With South Africa boasting of an impressive fast bowling attack, spearheaded by Dale Steyn, all eyes will be on India's team selection with regard to the opening position.
