Less than a month to go for the ICC World Cup and there are a lot of areas where work is still in progress.

The venues, tickets, strategies et al are yet to be put in place. However, one thing stands confirmed.

All the 14 participating teams have confirmed their 15-member squads. The fans now know which of their favourite stars will be in action in the 45-day extravaganza.

There are not many surprises here. Most of the squads are predictable, with the members having chosen themselves, based on their performace (and consistency).

The conditions in the subcontinent have played a major role in the selection and the one common factor in all the teams - a strong batting line-up. Which means fans can expect high-scoring games with a flurry of big shots.

Bring on the Cup!
