After a closed door meeting at Indian cricket board president Jagmohan Dalmiya's residence in Kolkata on Monday, Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary Anurag Thakur said that national team's support staff, including the Team Director, will be announced by June 6, a day before the team leaves for tour of Bangladesh.

"Team India will arrive here (Kolkata) on June 5. There will be a fitness test on the next day and team will leave for Bangladesh on June 7. The names of Team Director and support staff will be announced before that," Thakur told the waiting mediapersons after coming out of BCCI president's 10, Alipore residence.

"I came here to meet the President (Dalmiya) personally after the successful completion of eighth season of IPL."

IPL chairman Rajeev Shukla also accompanied Thakur to Dalmiya's residence but left early.
