It was a weekend of celebrations in the Australian cricketing circles as international cricketers Shaun Marsh and David Warner married their respective partners over the long Easter weekend.
Australia's explosive batsman Warner tied the knot with his sweetheart of 18 months Candice Falzon at an intimate ceremony in the south coast countryside on Saturday.
Following a twelve-month engagement, the birth of his daughter and winning the World Cup, Warner finally wed the love of his life at a picturesque country estate.
Up to 100 family and friends joined the couple over the long Easter weekend at Terrara House near Berry in New South Wales as Warner and Falzon took their wedding vows on Saturday, News.com.au reported.
International cricketers Peter Siddle and Moises Henriques were on hand to support their teammate at the wedding party.
Shaun Marsh married girlfriend and television reporter Rebecca O'Donovan on Thursday.
“So happy to now call this beautiful girl my wife, thanks to everyone who made this day so special.@_rebecca_marsh,” Shaun Marsh wrote on Instagram.
Both players have delayed their departure to India for the Indian Premier League season 8.
While Warner will captain Sunrisers Hyderabad, Marsh will be seen opening the batting for Kings XI Punjab.
