Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field against Pakistan in the rain-delayed opening match of a triangular one-day series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka on Sunday.

Each side will bowl 41 overs in the opening match of the tournament that also includes India.

Bangladesh have fielded uncapped pace bowler Dollar Mahmud.

Pakistan: Shoaib Malik (captain), Salman Butt, Younis Khan, Muhammad Yousuf, Misbah-ul-Haq, Shahid Afridi, Kamran Akmal, Umar Gul, Sohail Tanvir, Wahab Riaz, Fawad Alam.

Bangladesh: Mohammad Ashraful (captain), Mashrafe Mortaza, Mahmud Ullah (Riadh), Tamim Iqbal, Abdur Razzak, Shahriar Nafees, Roqibul Hassan, Shahadat Hossain, Alok Kapali, Mushfiqur Rahim, Dollar Mahmud.
