T20 World Cup for Blind: India crush Sri Lanka

India continued their winning streak in the T20 World Cup for Blind as they thrashed Sri Lanka by nine wickets, at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad, on Saturday.

Put in to bat, Sri Lanka rode on Chandana Deshapriya's (62) half-century and Pathum Saman Kumara's 30 to post a challenging 186 for eight in their allotted 20 overs.

In reply, Prakash J slammed a brilliant 99 not out, inclusive of 20 hits to the fence, to steer the home team to victory in just 13.3 overs.

Besides Prakash, Ketan Patel also chipped in with a crucial 56 not out to help India post a comfortable win.

For Sri Lanka, Dinesh Nihara Mathugama took the lone wicket.
