India set records at the Oval

India's first innings total of 664 in the Oval Test is the fourth highest total in Test cricket against all opponents. Interestingly nine out of ten highest totals for India have come on the foreign soil. The details:

Anil Kumble today established a dubious world record when he scored his maiden Test hundred in his 118th

Test match. He surpassed Sri Lanka's Chaminda Vaas, who was playing his 97th Test when he scored his maiden 100.
